STRESS OFF - ENERGY ON

The daily grind and the pressure of deadlines put a lot of strain on the body. This is because adrenaline is meant to prepare your body for fast, peak performance. In the long run, this overload leads to stress induced illnesses.

TAKE A BREAK FROM RUSHING AND PROBLEMS

THESE EXERCISES HELP

  1. Stand up and place your feet side by side on the floor. Let your arms hang down.
  2. Breathe in calmly and deeply for about two seconds and out slowly for about three seconds. As you exhale, let everything that stresses and strains you flow to the floor from your head over your arms and down your back, legs and feet. Feel the soles of your feet, which are firmly planted on the floor. Try to imagine how everything that weighs on your head is now leaving your body through your feet.
  1. pause your breath for about two seconds. Repeat the exercise until you feel a noticeable sense of well-being.
  2. now fill your body with new strength and energy when you inhale.
