  1. Enough sleep
    It is advisable to sleep at least 7-8 hours per day! It helps you stay fit and healthy. 
     
  2. Get plenty of sun
    Sunlight stimulates the production of serotonin (also known as the happiness hormone) while also decreasing melatonin levels, which is responsible for your body becoming tired when it gets dark.
     
  3. Replace your morning coffee with mineral water
    Instead of your regular morning coffee, drink mineral water. The carbonated drink is almost as invigorating as coffee, which will help you take on the day refreshed. Mineral water is also easier on your stomach.
