STRUDEL PASTRY CROISSANTS WITH CUCUMBER-TOMATO SALPICON

... one of the main course recipes at our adults only hotel Tyrol, the cross-country ski Hotel Leutasch.

Croissant preparation:

Cut the ham and cheese into small cubes, then mix in a bowl with the cream cheese, a pinch of salt and fresh herbs.
Cut the strudel dough into four equal squares, fill with the prepared filling, then place in a croissant mould.

Bake in the preheated oven at 175°C for 15 min.

Salpicon preparation:

Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into 1/2 cm cubes, season with salt, lemon juice and olive oil and spread on the salad bouquet.
