It's almost time!

Look forward to carefree, precious moments full of relaxation - and to our all-round inclusive services.
All prices are per day and person incl. ¾ gourmet board (bookable for 3 nights or more) and VAT.
However, the visitor's tax of € 3.50 per person/day is not included in the prices.

A deposit of 10% of the total is due upon reservation.
For bookings with breakfast only, € 15,-- per person/day will be deducted from the room rate.
Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for unconsumed meals.

Your room at Karwendel

Spacious bathrooms, a balcony and many amenities await you in this bright, traditionally alpine-style room: radio, telephone with voicemail, FLAT.Sat-TV with Sky. Please note that room sizes may vary depending on the location in the hotel.
Our “Hochmoos view” rooms have windows facing SE, E or NE, and our "Gaistalblick” rooms face S, SW or NW. The prices for rooms of the respective category can be found in the price list.
We also offer rooms with a sofa or lounge area, some with a ceramic tiled stove or ambient fire, for those who appreciate a particularly comfortable lifestyle ambience. Ask us about it, we will be happy to advise you!

Included in the price

Free WiFi in all areas of the hotel.
Use of the SPA facilities included (treatments & therapies subject to a fee).
¾ gourmet board bookable from 3 nights stay.
1 and 2 nights stay bookable only with breakfast (€15,-- reduction per day/person according to room category and price list).
Free, large in-house car park (cleared in winter) at our adults only hotel in Leutasch.

Dogs in the hotel

Only dogs are allowed as pets in the hotel.
We do not allow to accomodate more than eight dogs in whole at the same time in our hotel. Please contact us before you book your stay!
Price for a dog € 20 per day (food not included).
Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, in the wellness area and at the sunbathing lawn.
Dogs are not allowed in the room in bed or on the couch.
The dog owner is liable for any damage/dirt.

Packages cannot be combined with other offers, e.g. savings weeks or bonus weeks.
The 3rd person in the room receives a 30% discount.
Double room for single occupancy (if available) is subject to a 50% surcharge.

Hotel shuttle service for a fee
For short-stay travellers: Events take place according to the weekly programme.

Payment & check-in/out

Deposit at booking: 10% of your booking amount
Means of payment:
We accept cash, MAESTRO, VISAcard, MASTERcard.
Check-in & Check-out:
Online check-in: Check-in directly with the booking confirmation at the hotel.
Check-in: The rented room is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival. If you will abe arriving rrive after 8 pm, please let us know.
Early check-in until 2 pm - incl. use of all hotel facilities and lunch buffet subject to surcharge of 50% of the room rate!
Check-out: Rooms must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.
Late check-out possible until 4 pm - incl. buffet lunch and use of all hotel facilities (subject to room availability - cannot be booked in advance - and subject to sucharge of 50% of the room rate).
For arrivals after 8pm, please notify us.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations:
... are only accepted in written form. Errors and omissions may occur.
Please note that in the event of cancellation of your booking, late arrival or early departure, we will adhere to the cancellation policy of the T&Cs you have accepted WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS:

In summer season

Free cancellation up to 14 days before the day of arrival
14 days to 7 days before the day of arrival 70% from total arrangement price
from 7 days before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance as a precaution!

In winter season:

Cancellation fee of 40% of the booking price between 3 months to 1 month before your planned arrival
Cancellation fee of 70% of the booking price between 1 month and 1 week before your planned arrival
Cancellation fee of 90% of the booking price within 1 week of your planned arrival

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance as a precaution!

Travel cancellation insurance:
Please check with your credit card partner to see if you are insured against cancellation fees.
The T&Cs for the hotel and catering industry 2006 apply.
Your written confirmation or down payment is proof of acceptance of these terms and conditions.
