Rates, terms and conditions

Rates

Rates are per day per apartment, based on a minimum occupancy of 2 people. VAT is included.
Rates do not include the tourist tax, which amounts to €3.50 per person per day.
A 30% discount applies for 3^rdand 4^th occupants.
Apartment rates include the Berglodge complimentary services

Booking

We require a 10% deposit at the time of booking, which is only finalised and confirmed when the deposit is received.
Please note that the apartments may vary slightly in size and appearance.

Payment methods

We accept cash, MAESTRO, VISA and MASTERCARD.

Dogs

Dogs are the only pets allowed at Berglodge.

We can only accommodate up to eight dogs at the same time (1 dog per room). Please enquire about availability at the time of booking.
Dogs are ONLY accommodated by prior arrangement.
The supplement for dogs is €20 per day (food not included).
Please leave your dog in the apartment if you are having breakfast and/or dinner in our hotel’s dining hall.
If you are having breakfast or dinner on our sun terrace, your four-legged friend is welcome to join you.
You are welcome to take your dog with you to the hotel lobby before and after meal times.
In rooms and apartments, dogs are required to stay on the floor without exception.
Dog owners are liable for any damage or soiling.

Arrival and departure

Check-in and check-out are carried out at the Hotel Karwendel reception (100 metres away).

Online check-in: you can check in at Berglodge online directly on booking confirmation.
Check-in: the apartment is at your disposal from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please let us know if you’re planning to arrive after 8 p.m.
Check-Out: apartments must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Cancellation policy

Booking cancellations are generally only accepted in written form. Misprints and errors reserved.
Please be aware that the cancellation terms as per your accepted General Terms and Conditions will apply WITHOUT EXCEPTION in the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure:

In the summer season

Cancellation is free of charge until 15 days before the arrival date
14 to 7 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total booking price
In the last week before arrival, we charge 90% of the total booking price
No-show and early departure are charged in full

In the winter season:

Cancellation is free of charge until 3 months before the arrival date
3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the total booking price
1 month to 7 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total booking price
In the last 7 days before arrival, we charge 90% of the total booking price
No-show and early departure are charged in full

Travel cancellation insurance:

Please enquire with your credit card provider whether cancellation fees are covered.

The Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the hotel industry 2006 apply.
They are understood as accepted when you confirm your booking in writing or pay the deposit.
